The new Alan Taylor Terminator: Genesis will be a “Fresh Reboot” revisiting events from the past while missing in something fresh. This Terminator reboot has us going way back to a young Sarah Connors (Emilia Clarke) and her parents. Arnold Schwarzenegger shared some new facts that Terminator: Genesis will officially release the July 4, 2015 weekend. The film will shoot for a four-and-a-half month long shoot primarily in New Orleans. So far it seems that the filmmakers are staying clear of Terminator 3 and Salvation plots which is safe. Terminator: Genesis will star Arnold Schwarzenegger, Emilia Clarke, Jai Courtney and Jason Clarke.
Recently Arnold Schwarzenegger told The Arnold Fans regarding Terminator: Genesis:
We start filming in April and it will be a four-and-a-half month long shoot. Most of it will be done in New Orleans, with some filming in San Francisco and maybe a little in LA. The last Terminator was when I was Governor and so I couldn’t be in that movie, but now I’m back again and they are very excited about having me in the film.
David Ellison has plenty of money to do it well, in partnership with Paramount Pictures who are going to release the movie through their distribution. It’s going to come out on the July 4th weekend in 2015. The preparation is going well and the script is fantastic, so I’m really looking forward to it!
