Classic 1970s horror title, the Swamp Thing 1st appeared in House Of Secrets #92 in July 1971 (drawn by comics' legend Bernie Wrightson).
Here, the Swamp Thing (formerly biochemist Dr. Alec Holland) returns and DC with the help of Alan Moore give the title the 'Vertigo' treatment, making it more than just another monster book by delving into mature situations with avant-garde and sometimes "beautiful" concepts/themes....
