Synopsis:

Two sinister beings from another dimension come to Earth, but need a way home.

Everybody’s Favorite Troublemakers are on the Loose Again! In pursuit of the amulet that will set him free, a demon sends his disciple to hunt down the cop who possesses it. Meanwhile, the Ghoulies escape through an open porthole, creating madness and mayhem on the streets of L.A. As the body count rises, it becomes an ultimate battle between a demonic killer, a rule-breaking cop, and our favorite creatures from the netherworld!
