Twenty-five year old Danny Hill’s grandmother just died giving Danny the opportunity to transfer to her enormous rent controlled apartment in Manhattan. Danny must lock himself for twelve days before he is able to continue the lease. There’s only one problem—he might not be the only real occupant.
