    THE EXORCIST TV Series Casts Two Priests

    Alfonso Herrera and Ben Daniels have joined the cast of Fox’s The Exorcist TV series. These two men will play the priests who do battle against the demon. Father Tomas (Alfonso Herrera) is described as a “warm, selfless and compassionate leader of a small but hearty little church,” while Father Marcus (Ben Daniels) is “the intense holy warrior carrying out an occupation that the church no longer acknowledges in public.” Brianne Howey and Hannah Kasulka were announced cast members previously.

    Dan Trachtenberg‘s 10 Cloverfield Lane (2016) has an awesome new IMAX poster before the movie theater release this upcoming March 11, 2016. The poster features a simple design with the mailbox as the prison, nice touch. This poster was created by artist Ape Meet Girl (real name is Kevin M. Wilson). Mary Elizabeth Winstead, John Goodman, and John Gallagher Jr. star in 10 Cloverfield Lane.

The TV series will follow an arctic expedition crew stalked some evil thing. AMC has been hitting the horror TV series world hard, and I am really excited to see what they can deliver with this source material.

This video sheds some light and provides a little background on the lore before we actually get to see the movie this Friday in movie theaters. This film looks awesome and if done right, could be an enjoyable horror film. Sarah Wayne Callies, Jeremy Sisto, Sofia Rosinsky, and Logan Creran star in The Other Side of the Door.

    Adam Green‘s Digging Up the Marrow (2014) touched the surface of a deep underworld of creatures shunned by humans and something like Clive Barker’s Nightbreed (1990) community of cabal. Adam Green spoke recently on the Digging Up the Marrow sequel which he said is probably not going to happen because the film did not profit enough to get a bigger budget for the sequel. Who knows, maybe Adam Green may crowdfund the sequel.

    CALL OF CTHULHU Horror Game Release Details and Screenshot Photos

    Cyanide Studio and Focus Home Interactive is teaming up to create a full video game adaptation set in H. P. Lovecraft inspired world called Call of Cthulhu. We received word that the new horror game will release in 2017 on consoles and PC. The game is built on the Unreal Engine 4 with psychological horror and stealth mechanics. I don’t know about you, but I am totally psyched to see more promo material and any shred of news about the project. I really hope the game is rich in The Cthulhu Mythos.

    Rupert Wyatt‘s The Exorcist (2016) TV Series written by Jeremy Slater has added Hannah Kasulka to the cast. Hannah Kasulka will play Casey Rance, who is the sister of demon possessed Charlotte (Brianne Howey). Right now, that is all we have but will follow up soon when additional news is released.

    Idris Elba and Matthew McConaughey Confirmed to Star in Stephen King's THE DARK TOWER

    Stephen King confirmed that Idris Elba and Matthew McConaughey will star in Nikolaj Arcel’s The Dark Tower (2017). This is the much-anticipated movie adaptation of Stephen King’s The Dark Tower series. Elba will play as the Gunslinger, and McConaughey will play as the Man in Black. Nikolaj Arcel revealed that the film will begin shooting in seven weeks in South Africa. Sony Pictures will release the film in movie theaters on January 13, 2017.

    The Silent Hills P.T. Demo lives on as Oddest of The Odd has recreated the gameplay in this real life video. Who knows if we will ever get to see Hideo Kojima, Norman Reedus, and Guillermo Del Toro team up again but here is a little video worth watching. The mood and tone are all there and for a low budget film, it hits the nail on the head nailing the creepy horror that was the Silent Hills P.T. Demo.

She accidently let slip that her character **** *** ***. Not giving it away so easily, you will have to see the video and read the quote below. Sophie Turner also plays Jean Grey on the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse (2016). Who knows if this “slip” was an actual slip or misdirection for her character.

    Gary J. Tunnicliffe‘s Hellraiser: Judgement (2017), aka Hellraiser X: Judgement (2017), officially announced that longtime horror icon Doug Bradley is replaced for Paul Taylor aka Paul T. Taylor. We are hoping that this film is a positive jump back into the Hellraiser world and mythos of the Cenobites. Fans of Hellraiser are hoping this will be a much-needed turning point in the Hellraiser series and so am I.

    20th Century Fox will release The Predator (2018) in movie theaters on March 2, 2018. Plot details are still unknown, but this Predator film will be a sequel instead of a reboot. Shane Black‘s The Predator is described so far as “a sequel to the 1987 sci-fi film, Predator.” Shane Black will direct and co-write the screenplay with Fred Dekker. Producer John Davis last said that this new Predator movie will provide a “fresh” perspective and will help to “recreate” the franchise.

    Adam Wingard‘s Death Note movie is a live-action adaptation of the popular manga/anime series currently streaming on Netflix. Movie producer Roy Lee says that the movie will definitely be Rated R and will star Nat Wolff (Paper Towns) and Margaret Qualley. Roy Lee revealed that the tone of the film will be “will be one of the first manga adaptations that feels very grounded but still has fantastical elements.”
