Top 7 Sci-Fi / Horror Movie Villains Who Were Actually Right!

Here are a few sci-fi and horror movie villains who were actually right. Arguments can be made in their favor expressing that to some degree they had a valid reason for doing what they did even though they did it in the worst possible ways imaginable. Looper did a fantastic job covering these movie villains from multiple genres, but I thinned it down to include the sci-fi and horror genres for you.

  1. For instance the Wicked Witch from The Wizard of Oz (1939), Dorothy dropped a house on her sisters head and the Wicked Witch came to claim the red shoes.

  2. Roy Batty from Blade Runner (1982) became sentient and did not want to die and be enslaved anymore.

  3. The government from E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982) wanted to keep the country safe from aliens.

  4. Walter Peck from Ghostbusters (1984) wanted to shut down the nuclear reactor in the middle of the city.

  5. The Alien Xenomorph Queen from Aliens (1986) might be trying to protect her young and/or species.

  6. Elijah Price from Unbreakable (2000) feels wronged that he was cheated in life and condemned to a weak body while David Dunn has an unbreakable body like a superhero.

  7. Jigsaw from Saw (2004) felt the need to make people appreciate their lives a little more, the survivors anyway.

Thanks to Looper for creating and posting this video.
