Alex de la Iglesia‘s (The Last Circus (2010)) Witching & Bitching (2013) is a really funny horror comedy. The new poster features one of the witches in a crazy upside-down shot just showing you that the film does not take itself seriously. You can get to see Witching & Bitching this June 13, 2014 and you will love it. Starring in the horror film are Carolina Bang, Hugo Silva, Mario Casas and Pepon Nieto.

Synopsis: When a bank heist in the city doesn’t all go according to plan, Jose and Tony find themselves in possession of some hostages and speeding through the mountains of Spain, hoping to quietly slip over the border. Not wanting to give up his custody days to his ex-wife, Jose has also brought his son along, for both the robbery and the ride. Little do they know that this is only the beginning of their troubles.

When they decide to make a stop in a small tavern in the Basque countryside, the group encounters a series of local wackos. Falling victim to a mysterious spell, they soon find themselves the honored guests of a fractured family of witches who are preparing for an ancient ritual. More colorful characters begin to enter the picture, including a pair of hapless cops hot on the trail, a defecting vixen witch and Jose’s controlling ex-wife, and the situation spirals further out of control, heading towards a jaw-dropping climax.

Official Synopsis: In the crowded streets of Madrid, a gang of armed robbers disguised as street performers attempt to escape jail, after robbing a gold exchange pawn shop. With the help of a reluctant taxi driver, the bandits head to the safety of the borders; however, when night arrives, the only safe haven is deep in the woods of the secluded and notorious village of Zugarramurdi; a dark place known for some witch activity in the past. But, in a place crammed with witches of all sorts--and after numerous encounters with the bizarre, the unexpected and the occult--the clumsy thieves will have to learn fast the ways of the coven if they want to save themselves, and the rest of the world from the next witch apocalypse. But, are they up to the job?
