  • Kevin Bacon as Freddy Krueger!?

    Kevin Bacon as Freddy Krueger!?

Could you imagine Kevin Bacon as Freddy Krueger? Bettie Toxic did and tweeted it to have Kevin Bacon respond with “I like the way you think Bettie.” A totally random tweet followed by a surprising answer. Just wondering how many of you would like to see this happen. I think he can pull off the iconic role, but it will be something different and not comparable to Robert Englund‘s Freddy from the original A Nightmare on Elm Street.

Scary First Look at PENNYWISE in Full Costume!

Here is the first look of Bill Skarsgard as “Pennywise the Clown” in full costume for the new Stephen King adaptation reboot/remake of It (2017) directed by Andres Muschietti. Holding true to the lore of Pennywise being around for centuries, the costume design features little Victorian era elements. Owen Teague, Jaeden Lieberher, Jack Dylan Grazer, Wyatt Oleff, Chosen Jacobs, and Jeremy Ray Taylor also star in It. This film is scheduled to release in movie theaters on September 8, 2017.

  • Jason Momoa Could Star in THE CROW Reboot!?

Jason Momoa Could Star in THE CROW Reboot!?

The latest star to get aligned with Corin Hardy‘s The Crow Reboot is Jason Momoa. I think Momoa can nail the title role and deliver the goods with Hardy’s vision. This film should come out before Jason Wan‘s Aquaman (2018), so this reboot of The Crow should release before this movie. Momoa can make a mean/dark character, so I am thrilled to see what comes from this development.

Exhilarating CGI Tribute to AKIRA is a Must See!

Here is an exciting action CGI tribute to Akira that masterfully delivers the iconic motorcycle chase scene which also includes the iconic soundtrack. I enjoyed watching this short 2-minute 13-second video which brought back so many feelings of nostalgia. Glad to see the fan base delivering new material so many decades later. Check out this awesome CGI tribute to the film by Brad Kremer!

  • Margot Robbie Wants to Give You Harley Quinn FOREVER!

Margot Robbie Wants to Give You Harley Quinn FOREVER!

Margot Robbie played a fantastic Harley Quinn in David Ayer‘s Suicide Squad (2016). Margot Robbie spoke on playing the character again, and she responded with the desire to play the role “forever!” The Suicide Squad cast signed multi-picture contract with Warner Bros. so it is very likely going to happen and I would like to think soon too, like in the next Batman film. WB is already developing a spin-off Harley Quinn spinoff film, so there is that too. Bonus, with Harley Quinn, there is always The Joker (Jared Leto) not too far away.

Impressive Zombie Batman / Zombie Catwoman Art

Here is some impressive DC Comics artwork featuring zombie Batman and zombie Catwoman. Ali Jalali is a character and CG sculpture artist who calls this zombie Batman piece The Undead Rising. This Batman piece was created for the Comic-Con 2016 contest where artists were tasked with creating zombie versions of superheroes. Artist Anna Lakisova created the zombie Catwoman that is a little scarier in tone. Both pieces feature an impressive variation in style.

TNT's TALES FROM THE CRYPT' is Expected to Air in 2017

    M. Night Shymalan and TNT‘s Tales From the Crypt Season 1 is scheduled to release in the fourth quarter of 2017 as revealed by TNT and TBS President Kevin Reilly. I cannot wait to see the new format with shorts. We will not get to see The Cryptkeeper puppet however because of ownership issues (may be sorted out in time) so the shorts will not feature something as entertaining as that beloved character, he was a real highlight of the previous TV series.

Disturbing and Intense Fan Made THE JOKER Short Film -THE LAUGHING MAN

The Hallivis Brothers created a fantastic fan made short film featuring The Joker as a disturbing and intense character, as he should be. The Hallivis Brothers previously brought us their live-action Sci-Fi short film titled Shifter. This Joker performance and tone of the film is NSFW, so watch it with discretion as it is a film you should watch if you can.

Universal Studios announced the new Krampus Maze attraction for both Universal Studios Hollywood and Univeral Studios Orlando. Do You Know the Best Horror Museums in the United States?

Ever wondered what the best horror museums in the United States are and where are they located? I was creeped out while writing this list of horror museums as I learned that there is a book bound in human skin amongst other gut-wrenching/churning things. Most people would think of historical items, art, and dinosaur bones when they hear the word museum but a few will gaze off with excitement because horror museum comes to their mind when they hear word museum.
