Mike Mendez continues his crazy spider movie theme with Lavalantula (2015). Mike Mendez recently did Big a** Spider (2013) with past films/work including The Gravedancers (2006), Masters of Horror (2002), and The Convent (2000). This movie is a Syfy TV movie that features lava-breathing tarantulas. The film premiered on Syfy on July 25, 2015, but I have yet to see it, not sure if I ever will. Steve Guttenberg, Nia Peeples, and Patrick Renna star in Lavalantula (2015).
