Pitch Black Review

A commercial transport ship and its crew are marooned on a planet full of bloodthirsty creatures that only come out to feast at night. But then, they learn that a month-long eclipse is about to occur.

Pitch Black is the introduction to the popular character Riddick played by Vin Diesel.  His character is the prisoner, escaped convict, on a space craft that crash lands on a mysterious planet.  This planet has three revolving suns.  The suns however line up with another planet.

Therefore resulted in a pitch black darkness on the current planet.  When this happens, gruesome predators come to the surface pf the planet to devour anything on the surface.
A pretty good story in my opinion however limited it might be.  The actors do a good job and the settings heighten t he plot.  Some twists along the moral under tones make this a far from boring movie.
