The Pact 2 Info
The Pact 2 Review
Synopsis:A woman who is plagued by nightmares involving a serial killer learns her dreams have a horrifying connection to the real world.
The Pact 2 (2014) is an American mystery-thriller horror movie that is the sequel to The Pact (2012). The Pact 2 did not progress much more than the original Pact. The movie seemed to drag on and stretched out without saying much about the storylines. To make matters worse, there were a little too much plot holes and poor acting. Directors and writers Dallas Richard Hallam and Patrick Horvath should stick to other departments of the movie industry because they certainly failed at directing. The movie contains sexual content, violence, little suspense, loopholes, boredom, bad language and a weak storyline.
June Abott (Camilla Luddington - Tomb Raider (2013), Grey’s Anatomy (2005), William & Kate (2011), Pride and Prejudice and Zombies: Dawn of the Dreadfuls (2010)) likes to work by herself to clean up outrageous crime scenes and also has premonitions. She lives with her boyfriend Daniel Meyer (Scott Michael Foster - Greek (2007), Teenage Dirtbag (2009), Neighbors (2011), Zero Hour (2013)) who is a police officer. FBI Agent Ballard (Patrick Fischler - Speed (1994), Old School (2003), Mulholland Drive (2001), 2 Guns (2013)) enter the crime scene of the slayed victim where Daniel and Lt. Eileen Carver (Nicki Micheaux - Lincoln Heights (2006), Their Eyes Were Watching God (2005), The Replacement Killers (1998), Rain (2008)) is already investigating. Agent Ballard informs June that she may be in great danger because she is the daughter of one of the victims Charles Barlow/The Judas Killer (Mark Steger - I Am Legend (2007), The Pact (2012), Mr. Jones (2013), The Man from Elysian Fields (2001)). Agent Ballard revealed to June that she was, in fact, adopted - something that she did not know. June races against time to find the real Judas Killer because she is…
The movie is being sold as a horror thriller mystery movie - there is absolutely nothing thrilling about this movie and mysteries is zilch. I believe this movie had potential, but it lacked a good screenplay along with good directors and actors. I do like the cover photo of the movie, and it make me want to watch the movie while at the same time making me feel like I was in for a treat. I would not recommend this movie because it was a total waste of my time.
