The Walking Deceased Review

When a police officer wakes up in a hospital to find out he is in the middle of a zombie apocalypse, he will do anything to find his family, even sacrifice Twitter.

The Walking Deceased (2015) is an American comedy spoof of zombie movies that is 88 minutes long and was filmed in Wonderland of the Americas Mall, San Antonio, Texas, USA and in San Antonio State Hospital, San Antonio, Texas, USA. The movie was originally titled Walking with the Dead. I have no clue what director Scott Dow was thinking when he accepted to direct this movie. The movie appeared to be a total fail from the very beginning. It was a waste of money and time that could have been spent elsewhere. I know a few people who enjoyed watching this film so maybe the movie is not for everyone including me. I did like that the movie did not make crude jokes and sight gags.

The Walking Deceased is a parody of several movies including The Walking Dead, Warm Bodies, Zombieland, 28 Days Later, Dawn of the Dead, Shaun of the Dead, Day of the Dead, Armageddon and others. The movie is about a sheriff waking up in a hospital to world that is now overrun by zombies. He found his son and some friends. The sheriff teams up with a zombie to help him fight the zombie outbreak.

The movie was funny at times, but that is all I found good about it. The actors did a great job. I am not sure what to say about this movie as I am aware that it is a movie that you either love or hate. The movie contains violence, sexual content, nudity and a boring storyline.
