Synopsis:A maniacal killer tracks down three teenage runaways.
Huff (2013) is an American thriller horror movie that is also known as Big Bad Wolf (2013). Director Paul Morrell (Most Daring (2007), Texas Chainsaw Musical (2007), Filth to Ashes, Flesh to Dust (2011), Oversold (2008)) did an awful job executing this movie - I am not sure if the screenplay was good. The movie contains sexual content, nudity, violence, gore and bloody bludgeoning kill scenes.
Huff (Charlie O’Connell - Dude, Where’s My Car? (2000), Cruel Intentions (1999), The New Guy (2002), 2-Headed Shark Attack (2012)) is an asthmatic sleaze bag of a stepfather who deals drugs and has many mistresses. He has one task on hand, and that is to make a humongous amount of money before leaving the United States and going to Mexico. He plans on going to Mexico with one of his mistresses, Laci (Natasha Alam - The Women (2008), An Act of War (2015), Shadow Puppets (2007)). His wife, Lorelei (Elina Madison - The Black Tape (2014), Look @ Me (2006), El Chupacabra (2003), The Corporate Cut Throat Massacre (2009)) got hold of the money and gave it to her three daughters. Her daughter’s head out to start a better life but not long after, Huff finds them and does gruesome bloody things to get his money back.
The movie was a huge disappointment for me, and I would not recommend fellow horror fans to waste their time and watch this movie. The kill scenes was a nice watch, but the movie had too many plots to follow through with. I am not sure if the screenplay was weak or if the director was at fault. The special effects were okay, and the acting could have been better.
