Teen Wolf Too Review
Synopsis:Todd Howard is a struggling teenager. Nothing seems to be going very well for him, until he turns into a wolf.
Teen Wolf Too (1987) is an American fantasy comedy that is 95 minutes and was filmed in Pomona College - 333 N. College Way, Claremont, California, USA. Director Christopher Leitch (A Christmas Visitor (2002), Secrets in the Walls (2010), I’ve Been Waiting for You (1998)) failed upon executing this film. Teen Wolf Too contains brief nudity, sexual content that can be heard but not seen, minor suspense, dull screenplay, bad pacing, no thrills and plot holes. Overall, Teen Wolf Too is not worth seeing on your worst day with nothing to do because this movie has nothing good to offer. The acting was horrible as well as the script, dialogue, sound, special effects and pacing.
Teen Wolf Too revolves around Scott’s (from Teen Wolf (1985) cousin, Todd Howard who received a full athletic scholarship and was accepted into Hamilton University. Todd (Jason Bateman - Horrible Bosses (2011), Arrested Development (2003), Juno (2007), Up in the Air (2009)) received the scholarship with the recommendation of Coach Bobby, who was also Scott’s basketball coach in high school. Bobby Finstock (Paul Sand - The Main Event (1979), Chuck & Buck (2000), The Hot Rock (1972)) is praying that Todd has the same genes as Scott and makes him famous. Todd knew that it was strange to receive an athletic scholarship since he was never too good at sports and thinks that the coach has the wrong person. Todd was dancing with a bodacious hostess when he accidentally transformed into a wolf and was embarrassed and horrified.
Todd did not take long to use his new profound ability to his advantage as he began to win wrestling matches and students slowly became not so scared of him as they were at his first transformation. Todd realizes the same things that Scott had realized and that he is, he is losing himself in all of the fame and glory. He has girls at his footstep, fame, good grades and even uses the dean’s car but is it worth losing his friends over? The movie resembles Teen Wolf (1985) except for a few details and characters being changed.
