Fantastic Four - Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007) is a 1h 32-minute USA/Germany/UK thriller sci-fi action-adventure film that was based on Marvel Comic‘s Fantastic Four comic book series and a sequel to the Fantastic Four (2005) film. It is also known as Fantastic Four 2 (2007) and grossed over $289 million at the box office with a $130 million budget. Director Tim Story (Fantastic Four (2005), Ride Along (2014), Think Like a Man (2012)) did an excellent job executing this tension fill thrilling movie. The film contains scenes that may be frightening to younger viewers.

The city encounters a blackout as a result of the objects electromagnetic pulses. The Fantastic Four soon found themselves working with Victor Von Doom again. Will Von Doom and the Fantastic Four be able to stop the Silver Surfer?
Fantastic Four - Rise of the Silver Surfer had amazing special FX, excellent PG rating story for families to enjoy together and minimal violence. All of the actors did a phenomenal job with their respective roles. The action sequences were well thought out as it was glorious when they occur, which is not much. I enjoyed seeing the Fantastic Four superpowers and how they transform as the graphics were spectacular. This is a movie that I was not expecting to be anything significant and worthy of talking about, but I was wrong once again. With that said, this movie does not excel above its previous installment.
