AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON Remake w/ Max Landis / Skybound Entertainment / Universal Pictures

Universal Pictures and Skybound Entertainment is currently developing a remake of John LandisAn American Werewolf in London (1981). Writing the remake is John Landis’ son Max Landis who is currently in talks to direct the film. Furthermore, David Alpert (executive producer of AMC’s The Walking Dead) and Robert Kirkman (creator of AMC’s The Walking Dead) are producing the An American Werewolf in London remake. John Landis will executive produce with Todd Garner and Matt Smith also set to produce.

San Diego Comic-Con 2016 will feature Cinemax’s Outcast and HBO’s Game of Thrones panels. Panels will be held in Room 6BCF with full details available below. Robert Kirkman comic fans will finally get to see Negan (played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan) in AMC’s The Walking Dead Season 6 finale episode titled “Last Day on Earth.” This photo is the confirmation, more like the extra tease, that many fans of The Walking Dead have been waiting for these last few weeks. We get to see way more of Negan’s barbed wire-wrapped baseball bat, named Lucille. Sunday, April 3, 2016, cannot come fast enough so we can see the final 90-minute episode. I hope they do not show Negan for the last 10 minutes, so we are left eagerly awaiting The Walking Dead Season 7 premiere.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan is Villain Negan in The Walking Dead

AMC’s The Walking Dead still has not revealed the official outcome of one particular character. In confirmed news, Jeffrey Dead Morgan has been cast as main villain Negan. Negan will be shown in the season six finale episode then become a regular in The Walking Dead Season 7. Negan loves violence and is always shown with his bat wrapped in barbed wire named “Lucille.” It is great that we are getting to see more characters from Robert Kirkman‘s comic series. Other stars who auditioned for the role include Timothy Olyphant, Matt Dillon, and Garret Dillahunt, but I think Morgan is the best in this role, remember him in Watchmen (2009)?

FEAR THE WALKING DEAD Season 1 Blu-ray / DVD Release Details & Cover Art

AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead Season 1, from creators Dave Erickson and Robert Kirkman, is already announcing the Blu-ray / DVD release date for this upcoming December 1, 2015, via Anchor Bay Entertainment. The first season was a short 6 episode season which aired the season finale this last Sunday, October 4, 2015. Fear The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season will feature a 2-disc set with character bios and “A Look at the Series.” The first season of Fear the Walking Dead included Kim Dickens, Cliff Curtis, and Frank Dillane.

Robert Kirkman Produced AIR Blu-ray / DVD Release Details

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is releasing the Air (2015) Blu-ray / DVD this upcoming October 6, 2015. Air is produced by Robert Kirkman and directed by Christian Cantamessa. Starring in Air is Norman Reedus and Djimon Hounsou. I liked the trailer, and the story can be a major hit or miss. I wish that they would have included better special features than behind the scenes with the cast and a making of Air featurette.


Robert Kirkman via Kirkman’s Skybound and Scopely has unleashed a new free mobile game for all you zombie fans titled The Walking Dead: Road to Survival. You can download the free zombie game for your iOS and Android device. Robert Kirkman and Christian Cantamessa‘s Air (2015) has a new movie poster released and it is pretty cool. Air releases in movie theaters this upcoming August 14, 2015, and I have been waiting to see it since I first heard about it. Air will be released from Robert Kirkman’s Skybound Entertainment. Cast in Air is Norman Reedus, Sandrine Holt and Djimon Hounsou.

First Look at Patrick Fugit in Robert Kirkman's OUTCAST TV Series

Creator Robert Kirkman and artist Paul Azaceta are bringing their successful Skybound Comics/Image Comics series titled Outcast to Cinemax in a new horror TV series. Cinemax’s Outcast Season 1 will focus on demon possession and a man named Kyle Barnes (Patrick Fugit) who has been plagued by demons all his life. Robert Kirkman wrote the script for the first episode and Adam Wingard (You’re Next (2011), The Guest (2014)) will direct. Robert Kirkman has done a fantastic job with zombies, but now he tackles demons, and I cannot wait to see the outcome.


Cynthia Rose Hall joined AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead TV series. Details on her role are yet to be released. So Hall can last a few episodes or the entire Fear the Walking Dead season. I am hoping she survives the entire season but as we all know, Robert Kirkman loves to “rotate” his cast members. Also starring in Fear the Walking Dead Season 1 are Kim Dickens as Madison, Cliff Curtis as Travis, Frank Dillane as Nick, Alycia Debnam-Carey as Alicia, Elizabeth Rodriguez as Liza, Ruben Blades as Daniel, Mercedes Mason as Ofelia and Lorenzo James Henrie as Chris.

San Diego Comic-Con 2015: The Walking Dead / Fear The Walking Dead Hall H Panels Confirmed!

AMC officially announced that both The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead will have Hall H Panels present at the San Diego Comic-Con 2015. Confirmed cast members attending include Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Lauren Cohan, Danai Gurira, Melissa McBride, Chandler Riggs, Michael Cudlitz, Lennie James and Sonequa Martin-Green. Also attending are Executive Producer and Showrunner Scott M. Gimple, Executive Producer Gale Anne Hurd, Executive Producer Robert Kirkman, Executive Producer, Director and Special Effects Make-up Supervisor Greg Nicotero and Executive Producer David Alpert. Chris Hardwick from “Talking Dead” will moderate the event.

George A. Romero's EMPIRE OF THE DEAD TV Series Confirmed!?

George A. Romero‘s new comic book series Empire of the Dead will be the next big thing to turn into a horror TV adaptation. Empire of the Dead is an epic tale taking place in Manhattan, NY with both zombies and vampires. This comic series was a short 15 issues so this can be a mini-series or a great starting point for a longer TV series. In the last few years we have seen great things from Robert Kirkman‘s The Walking Dead TV series and Guillermo del Toro & Chuck Hogan‘s The Strain TV series. Graphic novels tell great stories most of the time and need very little tweaking to be converted to TV or the big screen. Marvel and DC Comics is doing this for the big screen with huge profits in the last few years too. Tell us how excited you are to see this new horror TV series.

Mercedes Mason (Quarantine 2: Terminal (2011), Three Veils (2011)) has been revealed as the latest cast member reveal for AMC‘s Fear The Walking Dead Season 1 TV Series. Mason will be a season regular with no extra details released yet. Mason will join already confirmed actors including Elizabeth Rodriguez, Cliff Curtis, Kim Dickens, Frank Dillane and Alycia Debnam Carey. AMC’s Fear The Walking Dead is set to premiere in Summer 2015 set in Los Angeles, USA. Executive producing the companion TV series for AMC’s The Walking Dead are Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, Greg Nicotero and David Alpert. You can watch the newer looking zombies, my guess, on Hulu this time around.

Cinemax Orders Robert Kirkman's Demon Exorcism TV Series 'Outcast'

Robert Kirkman is the “man” behind AMC’s The Walking Dead and now he is heading up Cinemax’s Outcast TV Series. Outcast is a new horror TV series that will focus on demons and demon exorcisms. Cinemax has officially ordered 10 episodes for the first season of Outcast. Robert Kirkman will serve as Executive Producer and this TV series is also based on one of his comic book series, just like The Walking Dead is. Starring in the pilot episode of Outcast are Patrick Fugit, Kip Pardue, Reg. E. Cathy, Philip Glenister, Julia Crockett, Allison Barnes and Wrenn Schmidt. Will Outcast be a hit? Who knows but we will keep you in the know as we hear more.

AMC's The Walking Dead Cobalt TV Series Set in Los Angeles!

AMC’s The Walking Dead Companion TV Series (codenamed Cobalt) is set in Los Angeles. This news was confirmed by but may not stay in L.A. for too long. As we all know, Robert Kirkman does not like to have his characters feel too relaxed in one place for too long keeping the “zombie” threat high. Actor Cliff Curtis will most likely play the male lead character with Frank Dillane and Alycia Debnam Carey co-starring. More on the new Walking Dead TV series to be released soon.

Robert Kirkman and AMC’s The Walking Dead Season 6 has been officially confirmed. This should come as no surprise since The Walking Dead is the highest rated show in cable television history. I hope the new companion series to The Walking Dead does as well, even better, with its’ new story of survivors killing zombies. More Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) confirmed for 2015 - 2016.

Tyler James Williams has joined Seth Gilliam as the newest cast member of AMC’s The Walking Dead Season 5. Williams will play the role of Noah while Gilliam will play Father Gabriel. Noah is a completely new character to The Walking Dead zombie universe because he is not even in the Robert Kirkman comic books. These new characters will play vital roles to Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Daryl (Norman Reedus).

AMC’s The Walking Dead Season 5 is maybe the most anticipated season in the franchise yet and today we have the new Comic-Con poster for you. The Walking Dead will have a new panel for San Diego’s Comic-Con on July 25, 2014. Cast members featured in the panel are Steven Yeun, Norman Reedus, Andrew Lincoln, Melissa McBride, creator Robert Kirkman, special FX make-up supervisor Greg Nicotero, showrunner Scott Gimple and more. Chris Hardwick from Talking Dead will host the panel. The cast will also sign autographs after the panel has finished starting at 1:50 to 2:50 at booth #4237.
