Anger of the Dead (2015) shocked audiences with its ending. Our spoiler-free review explains the scares, themes, and what makes this film unforgettable.

Anger of the Dead (2015) is an Italian-Canadian drama horror film that Francesco Picone was the director, writer, editor, producer, cinematographer, camera operator, and set designer. Francesco took many job titles on his plate and as a result, the movie was a nightmarish watch that left horrible things in my head. Anger of the Dead is one of the worst drama horror movies to exist in 2015. I gave this movie a one because I have no other choice but to and also because the director tried and the effort was seen. The actors did not excel with their performances. The movie could have been something worthy of recommending or watching, but I think Francesco tried to do too much and flopped the film. The movie is a cliche but failed upon executing the film into being something above those it resembles.

Anger of the Dead is set in the future where the entire population was affected by the rabies virus and turned them into zombies. Alice (Roberta Sparta - Rapporto di un regista su alcune giovani attrici (2008), Elena Undone (2010), Ritual - Una storia psicomagica (2013)) is pregnant and is trying to go live in greener pastures. While venturing out, she met Peter (Michael Segal - Unknown Beyond (2001), The Choice (2015), Colour from the Dark (2008)) and Stephen (Marius Bizau - Third Person (2013), Judith (2014)) who are also looking for the same place that she is. We soon after see a female prisoner (Desiree Giorgetti - Ritual - Una storia psicomagica (2013), Zombie Massacre 2: Reich of the Dead (2015), German Angst (2015)) that is held by a sad**tic group that beat, r**ed, and fed her the worst thing possible. Barbaric Rooker (Aaron Stielstra - See Naples… Then Die (2008), The Scarlet Worm (2011), Naples Never Dies… It Shoots! (2012)) pursues and chases her as she escapes from them.
