Well it was time to end the series. This one went straight to DVD. At the end of Species 2, the little boy got freaky with Eve. Eve ends up giving birth to another female. Sounds like the same old plot but give it time. It turns out that all those little boys from part two weren’t captured and they actually reproduced to create quarter breeds. These quarter breeds age rapidly, they are very susceptible to air born lung disease and their skin peels off throughout the later stages of life. They become aware of the little girl and realize that she is immune to all disease and almost perfect in every way. So many quarter breeds try to kid nap her in order to extract her DNA to better their own. Species 3 is an overall okay movie that had a lot of effort. Some new ideas but the much lower budget shows in this one. The plot is good but in the space of the movie, it feels prolonged.
