He’s back again and still sharp and deadly as ever. We were all introduced to Vin Diesel‘s character Riddick in Pitch Black (2000). By the way, I would like to mention that like Wesley Snipes’ character Blade, there is no other person who can play the part of Riddick. Unlike most sequels, this one hits back hard with gripping sets, impressive visuals, and a few other benefits of a huge budget. The story is a lot richer this time around as well. It makes Riddick the last of his race plus incorporates his badass attributes and utilizes them well to take advantage of the script. The reason he is the last is fully explained plus it touches on some of the techniques he uses to break out any maximum prison planet. Ultimately his destiny is realized in this movie. His race is well known for their great fury and anger. Because of this, a new warlord sought out an oracle who said he would be struck down by one of these Furians. The warlord slaughtered the whole planet until only one true unaltered Furian remained, Riddick. Riddick must get revenge for his kinsman and save some other galaxies. The Chronicles of Riddick is truly a great epic that anyone would enjoy.
