Nefarious Plot Synopsis:
A notorious serial killer, Edward, is facing execution at 11pm. However, he must undergo a psychiatric evaluation. Dr. James Martin is brought in to fill in for Dr. Stewart for a psychiatric evaluation of Edward. As Martin begins his interrogation, Edward reveals himself as possessed by a demon named Nefariamous, who claims Martin will commit three murders. Martin initially dismisses Edward's claims, but as the demon's knowledge becomes increasingly accurate, Martin's skepticism fades. Additionally, Edward's fate depends upon Martin's diagnosis. If Martin deduces that Edward is sane, he will be executed, but if he is declared insane via multiple personality disorder as Stewart had believed, Edward will be spared. The weight of Nefariamous' claims intensifies. With the fate of Edward's life hanging in the balance, Martin must make a critical and fateful decision based on his professional diagnosis, grappling with the implications of his choice and the potential consequences it may bring.
