Horror fans will enjoy our review of The Darkest Hour (2011), where we cover its story, scares, and how it ranks among modern horror classics.

I seriously saw The Darkest Hour thinking that it may not be all that good but was I wrong. I mean I heard all the hype before the film was released but I do not like to rely on the hype because that is what the advertisements and marketing teams do.

This Sci-Fi movie had great actors who played their roles well. I felt for some of the actors as they died. I also was cheering when some of them died too, but that is where the fun is.

The visuals were extremely well done and complimented the films’ tone and theme. Towards the end of the film the scale of the movie did make you feel like this entire movie was shot in the entire Moscow.

Should you see this movie, heck yeah!
