This in-depth review of Toolbox Murders 2 (2013) explores its story, characters, and scares in detail, offering insights for every horror fan.

Coffin Baby (2013) is an American horror movie that is also known as Coffin Baby - The Toolbox Killer Is Back (2013). Coffin Baby was filmed in North Carolina, USA, and Van Nuys/Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, USA. Director, executive producer and co-writer Dean Jones (Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987), X-Men: First Class (2011), Chest Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest (2006), Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (2011)) did not succeed in executing Coffin Baby. Dean Jones should stick to working in the makeup department where he shines because he has worked in many other fields in the movie industry and failed. The film contains murder, skeleton, cannibal, supernatural power, serial killer, psychopath, blood splatter, tooth, gore, violence, Hollywood serial killer, and a surprise ending. I gave this movie a three because the cinematography was excellent, and so was the murders and gore. Everything else about the movie was a total waste and cliche. Coffin Baby is not something I would recommend because there are many other movies out there that are entertaining with a solid screenplay.

Coffin Baby takes place in In Hollywood, California where there are numerous strange gruesome murders turning the environment into a chaotic mess. The murderer/Coffin Baby (Christopher Doyle - Pulp Fiction (1994), Memento (2000), Training Day (2001), Casino (1995)) kidnaps Samantha Forester. He locked Samantha (Chauntal Lewis - Coach Carter (2005), Seance (2006), The Commune: A New Cult Classic (2009), Lindsay Fully Loaded (2007)) in a cage and branded her. Samantha is forced to witness Coffin Baby torturing and murdering several dozen people in the most brutal ways. Coffin Baby started to fall in love with Samantha after caging her for ten days and decides to give her an orchid. Samantha began dancing to his tune and started to consume cooked human flesh.
