Jeepers Creepers 3 Plot Synopsis:

Set between the first and second film, Sgt Davis Tubbs assembles a task force to destroy the Creeper once and for all while growing closer than ever before to learning the secrets of its dark origins, as the monster terrorizes a local farming community.

When I heard that Jeepers Creepers 3 had finished filming, I was ecstatic. As a long time fan of the franchise, I could not wait for a continuation of the series. The film is officially on IMDB, and it already has a lot to draw the fans in.

It is written and directed by Victor Salva, who wrote and directed the first two films. This means it will be an authentic Creeper film. Jonathan Breck will be reprising his role as the Creeper - the monster we love and fear - for the third time as well.

The synopsis is very brief on IMDB, but it does leave long time fans optimistic. It states, "A successful mother Patricia Trish Jenner teams up with witnesses to a murdering spree by a winged flesh-eating monster in hopes to end his disastrous killings once and for all." Does this mean Trish Jenner (Gina Phillips) will be back to take revenge for her brother Derry"s death from the first film? As of right now, Gina Phillips IMDB says that she has not appeared in anything since 2012 and is not cast in the third installment of the trilogy.

As of right now, there are no returning cast members from the previous two films with the exception to Breck. The majority of the cast are newcomers and not well known. There is no definite release date; it is only known that the film is in post-production.

Needless to say, fans of the series will be thrilled to see that another 23 years have passed and the Creeper can go on another 23-day killing spree.
