American Mary Plot Synopsis:
The allure of easy money sends Mary Mason, a medical student, into the world of underground surgeries which ends up leaving more marks on her than her so called 'freakish' clients.
Xlrator Media will release this Jen Soska and Sylvia Soska (Twisted Twins) follow-up to their indie hit "Dead Hooker in a Trunk". American Mary stars Katharine Isabelle as Mary who is an American student who is running out of money fast. Easy money sends her into the underground surgery world where Mary soon starts to become more demented than her freakish clientele.
