The Void Plot Synopsis:

When Sheriff Deputy Carter (Aaron Poole) discovers a blood-soaked man limping down a deserted road, he rushes him to a local hospital with a barebones, night shift staff. As cloaked, cult-like figures surround the building, the patients and staff inside start to turn ravenously insane. Trying to protect the survivors, Carter leads them into the depths of the hospital where they discover a gateway to immense evil.

Co-directors Jeremy Gillespie and Steven Kostanski release their horror film The Void (2016) in movie theaters and on VOD this upcoming April 7, 2017. I watched the trailer and all I could think about the whole time was Cthulhu, H. P. Lovecraft would have been excited to see this film. Ellen Wong, Kathleen Munroe, and Kenneth Welsh star in The Void.

In THE VOID, officer Daniel Carter (Aaron Poole) happens upon a blood-soaked figure limping down a deserted stretch of road while he"s in the middle of a routine patrol. He rushes the young man to a nearby rural hospital staffed by a skeleton crew, only to discover that patients and personnel are transforming into something inhuman. As the horror intensifies, Carter leads the other survivors on a hellish voyage into the subterranean depths of the hospital in a desperate bid to end the nightmare before it"s too late.
