Hush Plot Synopsis:

A deaf and mute writer who retreated into the woods to live a solitary life must fight for her life in silence when a masked killer appears at her window.

Director Mike Flanagan (Oculus (2013), Absentia (2011)) brings us his latest horror film Hush (2016) coming to movie theaters this April 8, 2016. This film is about a deaf woman who is stalked by a psychotic killer. Hush was showed at the SXSW 2016 Festival and received some glowing remarks. John Gallagher Jr., Kate Siegel, and Michael Trucco star in Hush.

HUSH, the chilling home-invasion thriller from prolific creative genius Mike Flanagan (The Haunting of Hill House, Midnight Mass, Doctor Sleep), is set to be unleashed for the first time on Digital on August 27, 2024 by Shout! Studios in collaboration with Flanagan, Intrepid Pictures, and Blumhouse. Loyal fans, horror movie enthusiasts, and movie collectors will relish the digital release of HUSH, available for purchase and/ or rent across major digital entertainment platforms in the U.S. and Canada.

Directed by Mike Flanagan, HUSH boasts a stellar cast of Kate Siegel (The Haunting of Hill House, Midnight Mass), John Gallagher Jr. (The Newsroom, 10 Cloverfield Lane), Samantha Sloyan (Midnight Mass, Grey’s Anatomy), and Michael Trucco (Battlestar Galactica, The Fall of the House of Usher). Written by Flanagan and Siegel, HUSH is produced by Trevor Macy, p.g.a. of Intrepid Pictures and Jason Blum, p.g.a. of Blumhouse.
